For organizers, community leaders

The M.E.K.A. is waiting for all the organizers, community leaders who would like to organize their camps, gatherings, workshops and trainings here. You can also contact Gábor Jakab at either the “Contact” menu or at +36-70-657-3160.

Fees & Conditions

• Accommodation fee: HUF 3600 / person / night (including taxes).
• Includes: 1-2-4 bed rooms + bed linen + bed linen + towels.
• Minimum number of persons: 8 persons are the minimum to reserve the Center.
• Maximum number of persons: in winter (October 15 – April 15) = 32; in summer (April 16 – Oct 14) = 49 ( 5 extra beds can be provided)
• The Centre’s reservation fee includes: use of the free kitchen and social area, as well as the use of the yard and the fireplace (no firewood is included).
• Extra charge: Oct. 15 – Apr 15% + 30% heating compensation fee
• Exclusivity: only one group event can be held at the same time in the Center.
• Booking: only by phone, 06-70-657-3160
• Arrival at the Center: from 14:00, different arrival date need to be discussed.
• Departure from the accommodation: from 10:00, different departure date need to be discussed.
• The Host (The Dharma Gate of the Buddhist Church) reserves the right to change the rates and conditions.
• The property does not have Wi-Fi and TV.

Visit

The building can be visited on an agreed date. The visit is free of charge. Exceptions are the days when we host a private event.
